Larson International, Inc. Manufacturing-Sheet Metal

Our 5,000+ square foot sheet metal facility is located to the west of the main building. Here is where all our parts go and are created that require that special bend. All tread plate, side panels, electrical boxes, and oil tanks are sheared and formed in this facility.

Larson International, Inc. uses a 30,000 square foot facility for its steel fabrication and weld shop. This building is equipped with 10 overhead cranes with 2 to 5 ton capacities. This large facility is located at the south end of the property. Our welders are all AWS D1.6 certified in all positions and thickness with both steel and stainless. We also do aluminum welding. Larson International, Inc. has been steel fabricating for over 30 years.

In this facility we also utilize a new 100 amp CNC Plasma Torch. Our torch can cut up to 1/2" steel, stainless, or aluminum, acetylene up to 4". All CNC patterns used are created in engineering and sent to the CNC machine for accurate cutting by a trained operator.
